~QUANT~

Rules

#1 When you wear a quant tag, you represent the clan and will act as a gentlemen at all times. You will not respond in anger, with insults, or argue. You will go out of your way to accommodate everyone and be helpful anyway you can. NEVER be offensive in any way, shape, or form. If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all.

#2 When in public you need to be polite. Please keep in mind not everyone is a dirty sailor like Cricket. Just because you don't care, doesn't mean that you can't hurt people with words. Of course i expect you to thrash douche bags but try and leave the general public undamaged with you words.


#3 There will be NO hacking, exploiting, cheating, griefing or dishonorable behavior ever in ~quant~. Anyone found doing such will be immediately banned. This is not tolerated.

#4 It is your duty as a ~quant~ member to keep the peace in any of our servers (voice, game, website) or anywhere that we have any representation. You should give warning to anyone breaking the rules even if you are not part of the clan leadership. If disgressions continue, take a screenshot or a log, try to get their ip, and go get to a leader and/or make a post in the appropriate forums. Disciplinary actions will ensue. As part of the leadership, it is your duty to be the judge, jury and executioner. ~quant~ policy is warn, kick, ban. You know the rules, uphold them.

#5 Participation is required by all active members. Also registering in the forums is required so you can keep up with clan information. You also get brownie points for using Vent. We understand if you have obligations in your life and we will accommodate you the best we can. Practice times along with scrimm/match times are all set around times that are best for the majority. If you find yourself becoming increasingly busy please let us know and you can go inactive for however long you need. It is important we keep a very up-to-date roster so we know who we can count on.

#6 ~quant~ is a family, we have a great deal of respect for each other. I expect all members to extend a great level of patience with each other. Any dispute WILL be handled by a leader. As a member of quant you will need to respect your clan mates at all times and show a great deal of maturity in all things. Sometimes quant (especially Poet) may have a friendly debate or two on many different subjects, if you participate you MUST remember this is a debate, NOTHING is meant to be personal and nothing will be posted that is directed personally to anyone. Keep it friendly or be quiet. Remember we are all friends here and we all may have different opinions, and that doesn't mean anyone is a bad person. Also respect your leaders as it is up to us to make sure everything runs smoothly.

#7 As a policy of ~quant~, administrative priviledges will never be given to anyone who asks for them. Admin is given as we see a need for it. Also, admin abuse will not be tolerated and will be revoked if you prove yourself to be immature.

#8 Current contact information is required at all times. We need to be in constant contact with you, so keep us updated if you get a new aim screen name or change your email. In other words, make sure your forum profile is always kept up to date.

#9 Last but not least, ~quant~ loves to have fun (quant being German for something funny or a joke). This clan was formed by a bunch of friends who loved to play a nice, clean, FUN game. If you can't separate your personal views from your gaming views, then please find another group to play with. Always remember: it's just a game.
